We do not begin by guessing which part should be replaced
Here’s What To Expect:
1. Review the Symptoms
We ask what the equipment is doing, when the problem began and whether anything recently changed.
2. Inspect the Visible System
We inspect the relevant pump, filter, valves, plumbing, controls and accessible equipment.
3. Observe the Equipment in Operation
When it is safe and practical, we operate the system and observe priming, flow, pressure, noise, leaks and control behavior.
4. Isolate the Likely Cause
We determine whether the symptom appears to originate from the equipment itself or another part of the circulation system.
5. Explain the Options
We explain what we found, what repair may be appropriate and whether replacement should be considered.
6. Complete and Verify the Approved Work
After the approved repair, we restart the system and verify visible operation whenever possible.
Why System Diagnosis Matters
Pool equipment does not operate independently.

A dirty filter can make a healthy pump appear weak.

Parts and larger repairs are quoted after the problem has been evaluated. We will never recommend replacing equipment until we understand what appears to have failed and why.

Yes. Diagnostic and repair appointments may be available even when Seader Services does not provide the property’s regular weekly maintenance.
Q: Can you install new pool equipment?
Installation availability depends on the equipment, project value, permit requirements and licensing requirements. We will explain whether the work can be completed directly or requires an appropriately licensed contractor.
Q: Can you tell me what is wrong from a photo?
Photos and videos can help identify visible problems and prepare for the appointment, but many circulation and equipment failures require on-site operational testing.
Q: Should I shut the equipment off?
Shut the system down if it is running without water, leaking heavily, overheating, producing smoke or burning odors, making severe mechanical noise or creating an apparent electrical hazard.
